This very small production of the 100% Chardonnay cuvée is made from fruit from the traditional Chardonnay region, the Côte des Blancs, and almost half of the blend comes from the highly praised Montage de Reims. A unique collection combines the minerality, smoothness, roundness and lightness of the Montagne de Reims region and offers great potential for further maturation.Tasting notes:This beautiful, pale gold champagne made from 100% Chardonnay has a light, clear bouquet dominated by notes of English candy, grapefruit, fruit compote, caramel, quince and brioch. Goes wonderfully with a carpaccio of seafood or mussels, sashimi, grilled sea bass or a light cheese. Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay. Residual sugar: 8 g/l.
