This very small production of the 100% Chardonnay cuvée is made from fruit from the traditional Chardonnay region, the Côte des Blancs, and almost half of the blend comes from the highly praised Montage de Reims. A unique collection combines the minerality, smoothness, roundness and lightness of the Montagne de Reims region and offers great potential for further maturation.Tasting notes:This beautiful, pale gold champagne made from 100% Chardonnay has a light, clear bouquet dominated by notes of English candy, grapefruit, fruit compote, caramel, quince and brioch. The structure of the wine is delicate and light with notes of crystallized citrus fruits, honey and a hint of blackberries.
